We may, in our sole discretion, implement controls to restrict access to the Services or the Site in any of the Restricted Jurisdictions. Services Provided

Please note that rewriting an existing work that contains 40% or more plagiarized content may be considered providing a custom work and will be charged accordingly.
Please note that services may only be provided to users who submit an appropriate order form on the website, and GHOST-WRITERS.eu may charge for these services. The Services are provided subject to the terms of these Terms and Conditions and the specific commercial terms and policies (including privacy policy, refund policy, etc.) as described on the Site, and such terms and policies may be modified or amended from time to time.
The format of the work we provide:
12 point Times New novel;
Bibliography on a separate page;
Double-spaced;
MS Word file;
Approximately 250 words per page;
One inch margins top, bottom, left, right;
Title and reference pages are free of charge
If the client requires a single-spaced work, they will be charged a double fee. Standard work formatting includes a title page, the main content of the work, and a reference page. Note that you pay only for the main content of the work, while a title page and a reference page are provided for free. GHOST-WRITERS.eu reserves the right to use any available materials such as books, magazines, newspapers, interviews, online publications, etc., unless the client specifies certain sources to be used.
Placing an order
When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for any possible consequences and misunderstandings if you provide us with inaccurate and/or incorrect and/or unfaithful information.
Please note that you will be asked to confirm the instructions you provide in the purchase order. Your work instructions should be confirmed in your order tracking area within 3 hours of derequisition (and within 1 hour for orders with urgency less than 24 hours). Orders without instructions will not be processed and may be delayed and you assume sole responsibility for such delay. GHOST-WRITERS.eu guarantees that the delivered work will meet only confirmed requirements. You may not change the instructions once you have confirmed them. Changes to confirmed instructions will be considered an additional order, requiring additional payment.
Payment
All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, Customer will forfeit the Services.
If at any time you contact your bank or credit card company and decline or otherwise refuse to pay the fee for a payment, that action will be considered a breach of your obligation under this Policy and your use of the Services will automatically terminate.
GHOSTWRITERPRO.ch works closely with our payment processor to prevent and combat online fraud. In the event of online fraud, the appropriate government authorities will be contacted immediately.
By making a chargeback, you agree to automatically relinquish all your rights to the work. At the same time, you authorize GHOSTWRITERPRO to publish the completed work and to start the authoring process that will allow us to determine whether you have used any part of the work. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the Work are assigned to GHOST-WRITERS.eu. For the avoidance of doubt, no penalties and/or fines and/or additional payments may be imposed on you by way of recidivism.
GHOSTWRITERPRO.ch reserves the right to change its prices at any time at its sole discretion, and such changes or modifications will be posted online on the Website and will be effective immediately without notice to the Customer and/or User.
By providing payment method information and authorizing payments, you warrant that:
(a) You are legally entitled to provide such information;
(b) You are legally authorized to make payments using the Payment Method.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that we may use third party payment processors (payment intermediaries) to process payments.
Refund
GHOST-WRITERS.eu will issue a refund to you only in accordance with these Terms. GHOSTWRITERS.eu offers a 14-day money-back period for Work of less than 20 pages and a 30-day period for Work of more than 20 pages ("Refund Period"). The Refund Period begins on the day of the Customer's order deadline and expires on the last day of the Refund Period. If you are not satisfied with any of the Services, you may submit a refund request within the Refund Period in accordance with these Terms. Please note that in exceptional cases, the refund period may be extended to 180 days if plagiarism is confirmed.
If the order is not completed and/or the work is not downloaded or delivered by Or them in the complete form, the full refund will be issued at any time. In case of cancellation of the order, the money will be returned to the account of the original payment only within 5-7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
In other cases, GHOST-WRITERS.eu evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis, as there are usually clear reasons why a refund request is made. Revisions

The revision period starts on the day of the customer's order deadline and expires on the last day of the revision period. No revision and/or appeal will be accepted after that date. The revision period may be extended to 180 days in exceptional cases when plagiarism is confirmed.
GHOSTWRITERPRO.ch recognizes that assignments vary in size and complexity; as a result, dissertation, thesis, and/or other sufficiently large assignment may be granted a 30-day revision period. Sufficiency in the size of the work is determined by GHOST-WRITERS.eu at its sole discretion.
If a request for revision is not made within the revision period, GHOST-WRITERS.eu tacitly accepts that the client is satisfied with the work and will not require further action on the work unless additional payment is made or a new order is placed.
Upon receipt of your completed assignment, you are entitled to a free revision if the Work does not meet your instructions or define the requirements in any way. If this is the case, you are entitled to request as many revisions as are necessary to make the work consistent and conform to your instructions. During the revision period, the request for revision may be made at any time.
All revisions must be based on the original ordering instructions. If you issue new, additional, or different instructions at the time of the revision request, it will be interpreted as a request for new work and therefore require additional payment. If you request a revision after the revision deadline has passed, it will also be considered a new order requiring additional payment.
Review
We may require you to provide us with personal information, and we may also legally consult other sources to obtain information about you. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize us to make any requests we deem necessary to validate the information you provide to us.
